Refunds or replacements are available only for products that were NOT purchased on sale, at a discount, or through a promotional offer.

You must contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery.


Your Options (Non-Sale Products Only)

If your item qualifies, you may choose one of the following:

  • Full Refund: 100% of the purchase price, including original shipping.

  • Free Replacement: A replacement shipped at no additional cost.


How It Works

  2. State whether you want a refund or a replacement — no explanation required.

  3. Keep the product (no return shipping required).


Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Replacements ship within 2–3 business days.


Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased on sale, with a discount, as part of a bundle, or through a promotional offer are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE and are not eligible for replacement.

This rule applies regardless of any other language in this policy.


2. Order Cancellations – Before vs After Shipping

Before Shipment

If you email us before your order ships, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund (if eligible).


After Shipment

Once an order has shipped:

  • Refunds or replacements are available only for non-sale products.

  • Sale or discounted items remain final and non-refundable.


3. Policy Precedence & Clarification

Sale & Discounted Item Rules Take Priority

In the event of any perceived conflict between refund clauses, the sale/discounted item policy takes precedence over all other refund language.


“No Questions Asked” Language

“No explanation required” applies only to eligible, non-sale purchases and does not override the sale item exclusion.
