Cancellation policy

PURCHASE, CANCELLATION & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY – NUVIRA

This policy explains how purchases, order modifications, cancellations, subscriptions, and recurring billing are handled at Nuvira.


1. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

An order is considered accepted once:

  • Payment is successfully processed

  • A confirmation email is issued

Nuvira reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations.


2. Order Modifications

Because orders are processed quickly, changes must be requested immediately.

To request a modification (address change, quantity change, etc.):

Modifications are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.


3. Order Cancellations – Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if:

  • The cancellation request is received before shipment

  • The item is eligible under our Refund Policy

To cancel an order:

Email support@shopnuvira.com with your order number.

If eligible, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


4. Order Cancellations – After Shipment

Once an order has shipped:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Refunds or replacements are available only if eligible under the Refund Policy

Sale, discounted, promotional, or bundle items remain final and non-refundable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer:

  • Are not eligible for a refund

  • Cannot be rerouted once in transit

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address entry, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


6. Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused at delivery:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Sale or discounted items remain final

  • Additional processing or reshipping fees may apply


7. Subscription & Recurring Billing Policy

Certain products offered by Nuvira may be purchased as a recurring subscription ("Autoship").

By selecting the subscription option and completing checkout, you explicitly agree to the following:

  • You authorize Nuvira to automatically charge your original payment method on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency selected (e.g., every 30 days).

  • The recurring billing amount, frequency, and product details are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Your subscription will continue until canceled.

  • Subscription details are presented at checkout, including:

    • Recurring billing frequency

    • Recurring charge amount

    • Clear indication that the purchase is a subscription

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these recurring terms.


Managing or Canceling a Subscription

Subscriptions may be canceled after the first month at any time before the next billing cycle by:

Emailing support@shopnuvira.com at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge.

If a cancellation request is received after a recurring charge has been processed, the order will follow our standard cancellation and refund policy.

Failure to use the product, dissatisfaction, or forgetting about an active subscription does not invalidate prior authorization to recurring charges.


Subscription Commitment Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Nuvira, you agree to a minimum one (1) month subscription commitment.

The discounted subscription price is offered in exchange for enrollment in the autoship program. To ensure fairness to one-time purchasers, subscribers must remain enrolled for at least one full billing cycle.

Cancellations are permitted after the first successful rebill has been processed. Subscription cancellation requests submitted before the first rebill may not be eligible for approval.

If a subscription is canceled prior to completing the initial commitment period, Nuvira reserves the right to:

  • Charge the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-time purchase price, or

  • Cancel and refund the order at Nuvira’s discretion

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


8. Fraud & Chargeback Protection

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first at:

to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback for a transaction that complies with our stated policies — including subscription charges that were clearly disclosed and agreed to at checkout — may constitute a violation of our Terms of Service.

Nuvira reserves the right to submit the following as evidence in dispute cases:

  • Order confirmation

  • Subscription authorization acknowledgment

  • Billing frequency disclosure

  • Order history

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Policy acknowledgment
